TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms for careful operations.

These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when a merchant installs or uses Operations Suite.

EFFECTIVE · SEPTEMBER 11, 2026MERCHANT TERMS

By installing or using Operations Suite, the merchant agrees to these Terms of Service. “Operations Suite,” “we,” and “us” refer to the app provider. “Merchant” and “you” refer to the store owner or authorized user.

1. The service

Operations Suite provides CSV-based workflows for selected bulk Shopify operations, including fulfillment, draft orders, order and product updates, inventory changes, validation, previews, history, and result exports. Available tools and operation allowances depend on the merchant's current plan.

The app helps prepare and submit changes but does not replace the merchant's responsibility to review source data, previews, Shopify permissions, and final results.

2. Accounts and authorized access

You must use a valid Shopify store and have authority to install the app and make the requested store changes. Access is authenticated through Shopify. You are responsible for controlling staff permissions and for activity performed by authorized store users.

Do not attempt to access another merchant's data, bypass plan restrictions, interfere with the service, or use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

3. Plans, operation limits, and billing

The Free, Professional, and Business plans and their current prices and allowances are shown before selection. Only successful store operations count toward the plan allowance. Each allowance renews on the applicable 30-day cycle.

Shopify processes plan approval, recurring charges, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation. Development stores owned by the app's Partner organization can test paid plans at $0; normal prices apply to eligible live merchant stores. Taxes, currency conversion, and invoice timing are handled according to Shopify's billing rules.

If a paid subscription is cancelled at the end of its billing cycle, paid access remains available through the subscription period confirmed by Shopify and then returns to Free. Refunds or credits, when available, are considered individually and processed through Shopify's supported systems.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded data and for reviewing each preview before processing. Begin with a small test batch, use only the intended store records, and retain result exports where your business requires an audit record.

Some Shopify changes—including creating fulfillments or recording payments—might not be automatically reversible. You remain responsible for customer communications, tax, inventory, accounting, shipping, and legal obligations connected to store changes.

5. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed to operate the app, provide support, secure the service, and meet Shopify's requirements. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit any data you upload.

6. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep Operations Suite reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. The service depends on Shopify and other infrastructure providers. API limits, maintenance, outages, permission changes, or changes to third-party services can temporarily affect a workflow.

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may manage or cancel a paid plan through Shopify and may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, non-payment, unlawful activity, or a serious breach of these terms.

After uninstall or termination, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and Shopify's mandatory privacy requests.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Operations Suite is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You should verify important changes and maintain appropriate business records and backups. We do not guarantee that every uploaded row is valid for Shopify or that every requested operation will be accepted by Shopify.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Operations Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Operations Suite contact form. Select the most relevant topic and include your permanent .myshopify.com store domain when available.
